​COULTERS DEAN FARM

FROM PETERSFIELD HIGH STREET proceed to the crossroads at the bottom of the High Street, keeping The Square behind you. Turn right onto Dragon Street. At the next crossroads turn left into Sussex Road. Follow this road past the Lake on  your left. After about a mile turn right signposted The Tithe Barn. Continue up the lane for about a mile, passing The Tithe Barn at the bottom and Sunwood Farm on the bend. Just before you reach the next property - North Lodge - turn right signposted for the South Downs Way and Coulters Dean Farm. Continue down the track and the property will be found on the left hand side after the bend.

The following alternative route is available for 4wd vehicles:

FROM BURITON HIGH STREET proceed to the crossroads at the bottom of the High Street, keeping the Pond and Church behind you. Turn left up Kiln Lane. Proceed under the bridge and at the top, opposite Halls Hill Car Park, turn left marked for the South Downs Way. Proceed along here for about a mile and the property will be found on the right hand side.
