The property is an ideal base from which to enjoy the abundance of activities that the area has to offer. The location of the property is in a class of its own for those interested in nature, walking, cycling or horse-riding. Horses can be hired at the nearby Queen Elizabeth Country Park and at other hacking stables in the area. The South Downs National Park area around Petersfield offers plenty of activities for all. Petersfield has its own heated open air swimming pool and the Taro Leisure Centre has pools, vortex and slides. Boats can be hired very reasonably at Petersfield Lake or you can go fishing there. For a breath of fresh air, follow the play trails through Alice Holt Forest, take the Go Ape tree top climbing adventure or just get together for a barbecue at the Queen Elizabeth Country Park.
